The conference syllabus is a printed book with all slide presentations and space to take notes adjacent to each slide.

As an alternative to purchasing a conference syllabus, we provide all attendees with completely free access to all slide presentations in digital PDF format prior to the conference. Free wi-fi is also available throughout the conference. This is an environmentally friendly alternative and helps keep costs lower for all attendees.

We may offer a limited supply of the conference syllabus for purchase on-site, however we cannot guarantee the price or availability. We highly recommend purchasing a syllabus in advance if you want one.

Cancellation Policy

A refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee will be issued for refund requests received by February 2, 2018. No refunds will be issued for refund requests made after February 2, 2018. Payments made may not be applied to future conferences or other educational activities. There are no exceptions to these policies.

My Disney Experience

Be sure to visit the My Disney Experience tab on the Disneyworld.com website. Once you register online, there are a multitude of tools available that will really enhance your trip. You can also download our mobile app "My Disney Experience" to access your plans and park information on the go.

Magic Bands

All guests will receive our new Magic Band. This cool wristband will be used to enter the hotel room and to purchase food and merchandise at select locations. If you purchase theme park admissions, you can easily link that ticket to your Magic Band as well.

If you choose to pre-engage, you will have the option to personalize your Magic Band and select a color. The Magic Bands will then be shipped to your home pre-arrival (if ordered at least 10 days pre-arrival). If you decide to pre-engage and select a color within 10 to 5 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival, your customized Magic Bands will be available for you at check-in.

Any guests who attempt to customize their Magic Bands within 5 days of their scheduled date of arrival will not be able to customize their Magic Bands and will automatically receive our Iconic Gray color.


Online Check-In Service
