The Fundamentals of CBT (November 2014)
This interactive four-week e-learning course provides an orientation and overview of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It provides clinicians with an understanding of CBT; an introduction to basic CBT techniques; and guidance on how to conduct assessments, engage patients in treatment, set goals and measure improvement.
Course materials are available from November 3, 2014 to December 1, 2014. Each week, new content will be available to course attendees. Lectures are pre-recorded and you may watch them at your convenience on your PC or mobile device. After the initial week, access to a subsequent week is gained only after you’ve completed the one preceding. Interactive components include weekly live chats with the faculty (see Q&A with Faculty) and a daily monitored discussion board (accessible 24/7). Readings and case assessments can be completed on your own time.
