Melanie S. Farkas is an Instructor of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and an Assistant in Psychology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Farkas specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy for children, adolescents, young adults and their families, addressing clinical concerns including mood, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. Her research interests include motivation and self-regulation of children and adolescents, focusing on both clinical and family- and community-based interventions.
