Tufnell Park Scholarship Fund

Need-based Aid

We are proud to offer scholarship assistance for mental health and primary care practitioners who demonstrate financial need and a commitment to apply learning to enhance practice.

Tufnell Park Scholarship Fund, in honor of Robert J. Birnbaum, MD, PhD

An important part of our mission is making high-quality education accessible to those who need it most.

This exclusive scholarship fund covers the full cost of tuition and up to $750 in travel expenses for selected recipients. Applicants must be medical residents or fellows, recent graduates practicing in disadvantaged areas with limited resources, or non-physician professionals including nurses and social workers.

Scholarships are awarded 60 days prior to live conferences and on a rolling basis for online courses.

This scholarship fund builds on our pre-existing scholarship program, which continues to grant up to two participants per conference or course a discounted rate of 50% off the full tuition.

How To Apply

Please submit your CV and a 300-500 word essay on how a particular conference or online course would help your professional development and your patients.
