Interim Leadership

Mass General Brigham psychiatrists can serve in interim leadership roles to guide behavioral health programs, stabilize operations, and mentor existing staff. These positions can be fully remote or hybrid, depending on the needs of your organization.

Roles may include:

  • Chief Medical Officer
  • Medical Director
  • Vice President of Medical Services
  • Department or Program Leadership Oversight
